Free shipping on orders over $150.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Gift Editions ship within 7 days of your order.

Once an order has left our hands, it is in the care of the carrier, and any further shipping questions will need to be taken up directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, or for packages marked as delivered by tracking but not received by the recipient.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are not responsible for any customs-related fees associated with your order.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because it was unclaimed, or for any similar reason, the shipping fee will need to be paid again before the order can be sent out once more.

Returns

All items are final sale, including our Gift Editions.

Each piece is thoughtfully chosen, and often one of only a few. We describe and photograph every piece as clearly and fully as we can, so you know what you are choosing before you buy.

Because of the nature of these pieces, slight differences in detail or finish may be present. We consider these part of their character, not imperfections.
